The challenge: FlowKit is a productivity-focused startup concept born from a personal need for more effective productivity systems. The brand was built around the concept of flow and productivity. The central challenge was translating these abstract ideas into a cohesive brand system with a clear and recognizable visual language.


My solution: I began by defining the core brand attributes: direction, focus, time, and identity. Using these as my base, I developed a cohesive visual identity centred around the concept of flow and time, creating a structured yet dynamic logo, a focused colour palette, and a scalable design system that translates seamlessly across both physical and digital applications.


Results: The final result is a bold, modern brand identity and design system that supports both physical and digital touch points, including stationary, packaging, print, social media, and a mobile app. The system is flexible, scalable, and cohesive, ensuring brand consistency across platforms while clearly communicating FlowKit’s core message: productivity with intention and balance.
